Thick Plate Clamp is a low height side clamp suitable to hold thick plates from sides for machining the entire top surface of the job in one setting without any obstruction.

The design of the clamp offers forward and downward forces that hold the work piece firmly and parallel to the bed, thus leaving no gap between the work and the bed surface.

More than one pair needs to be used to hold longer/wider work pieces.

Applications
  • The Thick Plate Clamp is used for side holding of thick plates on milling, shaping, planing, plano-milling, drilling and jig boring machines.
  • It is suitable for use in design of clamping fixtures.
